Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    2 cans hominy, drained
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain, crumble and set aside. Add onions and green peppers to bacon drippings; saute until tender. Stir in hominy, Worcestershire sauce, Ro-Tel, salt and pepper. Cook 20 to 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Stir in bacon. Alternate layers of hominy and cheese in a 2-quart dish, ending with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
