Excellent Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. tomato juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
dash of vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except chicken in a bowl.
Let chicken marinate for 15 minutes in liquid ingredients, then put chicken in crock-pot.
(Legs and thighs on bottom, breasts on top.)
Pour remaining sauce over chicken.
Cook on low for about 6 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
(If you're home, baste occasionally.)
This is great served with rice or noodles.
