Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 cans drained kidney beans
1 qt. tomatoes
1 qt. tomato juice
Preparation
-
Saute beef with onion and pepper until well done.
Drain off fat.
Pour into a large pot and add remaining ingredients. Simmer 45 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers.
