Ham Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. cooked rice
2 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped, cooked ham
Preparation

Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil in skillet for 5 minutes or until tender.
Add carrots and rice.
Cook for a minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in eggs; cook until eggs are set, stirring frequently.
Add ham.
Yields 4 servings.
