Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 (30 oz.) Golden Grain marinara sauce
    12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 egg
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Slice eggplant.
    Dip into egg and flour (mixed with salt and pepper).
    Fry eggplant in oil until brown and set aside.
    Grate cheese.
    Layer sauce, eggplant and cheese in casserole dish.
    Top layer should be sauce and cheese.
    Sprinkle top generously with grated cheese.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with garlic bread and salad!
