Lisa'S Red Hot Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground chuck
    chopped onion (optional)
    4 pkg. Old El Paso chili seasoning
    3 (15 1/2 oz.) cans Mexican chili beans
    4 cans Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
    1 (30 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up
    1 (30 oz.) can water
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck and onions; drain fat and mix all other ingredients.
    Simmer 30 minutes (best the next day reheated). Serve with Cheddar cheese.
