Easy Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    Cooking spray
Preparation
    Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
    Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the middle of the mixture.
    Combine low fat yogurt, egg substitute, and vegetable oil; add yogurt mixture to flour mixture; stir until moist.
    Drop the dough by rounded tablespoons about 2 inches apart onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray, and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

    1 biscuit.
