Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. Crisco (plain or butter flavor, preferably butter flavor)
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream Crisco and sugar well; add eggs one at a time.
    Beat well.
    Add sifted flour, salt and baking powder alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes (use two round cake pans).
