Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    gallon can spinach, drained
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
    1-1/2 cups bread crumbs
    salt
    pepper
    1-1/2 dozen eggs
    1 cup Velveeta cheese
    1 cup butter or margarine
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake at 350. When done cut into squares. Good cold or hot.
