Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    16 oz. hot sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0; mix flour, shortening, sausage and cheese.
    Add milk and stir until mixture pulls away from sides of bowl.
    Put mixture on lightly floured board.
    Knead 30 seconds. Form bite size balls; place on a baking sheet.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
