Imitation Crabmeat Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
1/2 onion, chopped and sauteed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. leaf marjoram
1/4 tsp. lemon pepper
8 oz. imitation crabmeat, cut into bite-sized pieces
Preparation

Bake crust.
Combine all other ingredients.
Pour into crust. Cover exposed crust with foil before baking.
Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Serves 4.
