Rio Grande Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (8 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 bag corn chips
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; add onion and green pepper.
    Stir in corn, Cheez Whiz, barbecue sauce and chili powder.
    Simmer 20 minutes. Top with corn chips.
    Makes 4 servings.
