Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 sweet potatoes
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. bourbon
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes in jackets until firm.
    Peel and cut into slices.
    Put one layer of potatoes into buttered casserole and cover with 1/2 of brown sugar and dot with 1/2 of butter.
    Repeat. Pour bourbon over all and bake about 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 until brown and bubbly.
