Chili Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, cut up in pieces
2 cans red kidney beans (undrained)
1 can tomato soup
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 lb. hamburg
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

In a large skillet, fry hamburg.
When done, remove from pan and drain any fat with paper towel.
Simmer onion, bell pepper and margarine until tender.
Add cooked hamburg, tomato soup, beans, vinegar, pepper and chili powder; stir well.
Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
