Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. white sugar
1/2 c. water
1 c. Karo
3 c. raw peanuts
Preparation

Cook white sugar, water and Karo until threads spins (230\u00b0 soft ball).
Add raw peanuts and stir continuously after peanuts are added.
Cook until it turns a brownish gold.
Take from fire (300\u00b0 hard crack).
