Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cheese, grated
1/4 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. red pepper
dash of garlic salt (optional)
Preparation

Cream cheese with butter.
Gradually blend in flour and seasonings.
Use cookie press to make cheese straws or roll out like pie crust and cut in thin strips.
(One teaspoon of hot water may be added if dough is too stiff.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with salt while still in pan.
Cool.
Store in airtight container.
