Smothered Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. fat
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped mango
Preparation
    Heat fat in heavy frying pan.
    Add potatoes, water, salt, paprika, onions and mango.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add milk.
    Cover and bake 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
