Familia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. quick oats
    1 1/2 c. wheat germ
    1 c. mixed nuts (unsalted)
    3 c. bran, wheat or rye flakes
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. dried fruit, cut up
    1 c. brown sugar (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together and store in covered bowl in refrigerator.
    Eat raw with milk for cereal or as snack.
    (This is an excellent snack food for trips as you can add instant milk and water and have a good, nourishing meal.)
