Yum-Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bowl Cool Whip
    1 small box lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. plus 2 graham crackers, crushed
    maraschino cherries
    chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Line a 13 x 9-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs.
    Save 1/4 cup for garnish.
    Mix jello with boiling water; let cool.
    Cream sugar with cream cheese, then mix jello, cream cheese and Cool Whip.
    Add crushed pineapple.
    Pour gently over graham crackers. Garnish with graham crackers, chopped walnuts and maraschino cherries.
