Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium Irish potatoes
    1 box confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done. Peel and cream. Add sugar and vanilla. Mix well until thick enough to roll out. Roll out as for pastry for pie. Spread peanut butter and roll it up; slice crosswise with a thread.
