Pork Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground pork
1 large potato
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. sage
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
1 onion
Preparation

Cook ground pork until done with onion and seasonings.
Boil potato, mash and mix with pork mixture (drained).
Season to taste.
Put in pie crusts.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden.
