Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
    nacho chips
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with chopped onion.
    Drain excess grease. Add mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, canned tomatoes (or fresh ones) and taco seasoning.
    Stir well and simmer.
    Line bottom of baking pan with nacho chips.
    Pour 1/2 of meat mixture over chips. Cover with another layer of chips and add remaining meat mixture. Sprinkle grated cheese over final layer.
    Place in 325\u00b0 oven just long enough to melt cheese.
