Creamy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    3 to 4 c. water
    3 to 4 c. milk
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. flour
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onions and celery in water 10 to 15 minutes. Add milk and butter.
    Mix flour and egg together.
    Drop by teaspoon.
    Cook 10 more minutes.
