Large Shellroni And Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (10 oz.) large shellroni
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender.
    Stir in broken tomatoes and tomato sauce.
    Add sugar, salt and chili powder. Stir, cover and simmer 45 minutes. Cook shellroni
    and drain well. Add to sauce. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
