Stuffed Peaches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cans peach halves
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 medium cans crushed pineapple
1/4 c. 10x sugar
cinnamon to taste
Preparation

Save 1/4 cup pineapple juice.
Drain peaches; let set.
Drain pineapple well.
Cream the drained pineapple, cream cheese, 10x sugar and cinnamon until fluffy.
Add pineapple juice, a little at a time, if needed.
Stuff peach halves with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon; top with a cherry.
When serving, put a paper towel on bottom of tray.
Put lettuce leaves on top of paper towels.
Place peach halves on lettuce leaves.
