Garlic Cherry Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cherry tomatoes
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 stick butter
    salt and coarse black pepper
Preparation
    Place skillet over low heat.
    Add butter and melt.
    Add garlic and heat, but do not brown.
    Add tomatoes.
    Heat for 4 minutes over very low flame.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
    Serve immediately.
    (Garnish.)
    Place tomatoes on a bed of watercress. Tuck sprigs of watercress among tomatoes.
    Serve hot.
