Fried Salmon Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can drained salmon, remove all mackerel
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 egg
    small amount pepper
    bread crumbs to form mixture
Preparation
    Form salmon like hamburger patties.
    In skillet, add Wesson oil to cover bottom.
    Fry on medium-high until brown, then turn patties over.
    Serves 4 to 5.
