Porcupine Beef Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix ground beef, onion, salt, pepper and rice in bowl.
    Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
    Place in greased 2 1/2-quart casserole with lid.
    Combine soup and water; pour over meatballs.
    Cook, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour or until rice is tender when pressed lightly between fingers.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
