Double-Crusted Apple-Cranberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening, chilled
4 Tbsp. butter, chilled
1/2 c. ice water (approximately)
Preparation

Work the flour, salt, butter and shortening with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle in the water a bit at a time.
Gently toss with fork to bring mixture together into a moist mass.
Chill.
Divide.
Roll.
