Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fresh or frozen fish fillets (1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Arrange on greased rack of broiler pan. Brush with some of the melted butter.
    Broil 4-inches from heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested.
    Mix bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.
    Add remaining butter and toss well. Sprinkle on fish. Broil 1 to 2 minutes or until browned. Serve with lemon wedges.
