Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken.
    Mix all together; pour into greased casserole dish.
    You can put buttered Ritz cracker crumbs on top. Heat in oven at 400\u00b0 until bubbly or top is browned.
