Steamed Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small green zucchini
    1 small yellow zucchini
    1 lb. Russet potatoes
    1 large leek
    12 oz. small mushrooms
    1 lemon
    dill weed, ground
    cayenne pepper
    black or white pepper
    Chablis or dry white wine
    sea salt
    4 small halibut steaks
Preparation
    Peel potatoes and slice lengthwise.
    Sprinkle with ground pepper and salt.
    Steam for 8 to 10 minutes (until done).
    Wash and trim ends off zucchini.
    Slice lengthwise.
    Sprinkle dill and pepper on top.
    Steam for 4 to 5 minutes (until done).
    Wash and trim leaves and bottom off leek.
    Cut very thin strips about 3 inches long.
    Wash mushrooms and cut into fourths.
    Roll lemon well and cut in half.
    Juice.
    Warm 1 teaspoon of olive oil in pan. Sprinkle leek strips in pan.
    Pour mushrooms over leeks.
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon dill and 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
    Add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and increase heat.
    Add 1/3 cup Chablis or white wine. Shake mixture slightly.
    Place halibut on top of mixture.
    Sprinkle sea salt and ground pepper over fish.
    Put lid on and steam until done.
