Dry Orange Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
3 oz. box dry orange jello
11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
15 oz. can chunk pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Pour cottage cheese into a bowl and add the dry orange jello. Stir well.
Add the drained mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks. Mix and add the miniature marshmallows.
Put into refrigerator and let set overnight.
Serve alone or on lettuce leaves.
