Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    2 Eggs, beaten
    1 1\\2 C. Bread Crumbs
    1\\4 C. Olive Oil
Preparation
    Trim chicken. Dip into eggs, then into bread crumbs. Fry in heated oil on medium heat, until brown. Turn and brown other side. Drain on paper towels. Serves 4. Enjoy!
