Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. chopped meat
1 large can peeled tomatoes
2 cans red kidney beans
3 stalks celery, diced
1 large green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
2 to 4 tsp. chili powder or to taste
Preparation

In large pot, saute veggies and brown meat; drain oil.
Add tomatoes, spices and kidney beans; mix well.
Simmer 30 to 40 minutes until most of liquid is absorbed.
