Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
    1/2 c. hot peppers, chopped (red or green)
    1 large chopped onion
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Mix chopped peppers, onion, sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a rolling boil and boil 2 minutes.
    Set off heat and add Certo.
    Let stand 5 minutes, then pour into jars.
    Use small jars.
