Garlic Butter Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    3 cloves garlic (at least)
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Spread on bread and toast or crackers, too. YUM!
