Quick Buckwheat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 cake Fleischmann's yeast
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 tsp. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. buckwheat flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast well in warm water.
    Add salt and molasses. Stir in flour.
    Beat well.
    Let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
    Bake on hot griddle.
    Makes 12 cakes.
