Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken
    salt
    lemon pepper
    vermicelli (thin spaghetti)
    ground beef
    egg
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Stew whole chicken or chicken pieces in water seasoned with salt and lemon pepper.
    Remove chicken and bring broth to a boil. Stir in broken-up vermicelli and small meatballs made from ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Refrigerate overnight and skim fat from top.
    Serve in soup bowls.
    Chicken can be used in another recipe.
