Bran Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 c. lukewarm water
    1/2 c. all-bran cereal
    1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast, lukewarm water and all-bran cereal.
    Put together in glass bowl.
    Let stand until yeast comes to top (about 15 minutes).
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Let stand until double in bulk.
    Punch down; turn out on floured board.
    Shape into small balls.
    Place 2 or 3 balls together to form each roll.
    Place in a greased muffin pan.
    Let rise until doubled.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
    Brush tops with butter.
    Cool on rack.
    May be frozen in freezer bag for later use.
