Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. potatoes
    1/4 to 1/2 c. diced bacon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    2/3 c. vinegar (cider)
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until tender. Cool and peel.
    Slice potatoes thinly.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Add onion and cook another minute or so.
    Blend in flour, salt, sugar and pepper. Add vinegar and water.
    Cook 10 minutes, stirring well.
    Pour this mixture over the sliced potatoes.
    Add celery seed and parsley. Toss mixture gently and serve warm.
    Leftovers are good warmed up in microwave.
