Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. peeled, grated zucchini
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch
    pans.
    Bake
    at
    350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Yield:
    2 loaves.
