Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained well (may need to squeeze with hands)
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese (mild or sharp)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce or to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in bowl.
    Add enough mayonnaise to stick together.
    Mold and serve with assorted crackers.
