Ingredients
    4 boneless loin pork chops, trimmed of fat (about 4 oz. each) *
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. reduced-calorie Dijon salad dressing *
    4 c. coarsely shredded cabbage (half of 2 lb.)
    1 c. shredded carrot (large)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Sprinkle the loin pork chops with half the salt and pepper.
    Brush all over with 2 tablespoons of salad dressing.
