Vegetarian Supper Combination - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. McKay's chicken seasoning
    1 (29 oz.) can pinto beans
    garlic to taste
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Mix chicken seasoning with water.
    Mix all ingredients together in a two-quart casserole dish.
    Bake for 45 minutes, covered, at 350\u00b0.
