Swiss Chard Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    1 1/4 lb. Swiss chard, washed and patted dry, steamed, torn and packed (4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over moderate heat.
    Saute onion and garlic for 3 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Add Swiss chard, water, salt and pepper; stir well. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally for 5 to 8 minutes or until chard is wilted and tender.
