Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 head cabbage
    1 c. raw rice
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Brown meat; add onion, pepper and seasoning to taste.
    Remove from heat; add rice, cabbage, chili powder and tomato sauce.
    Mix well and place in casserole.
    Pour Ro-Tel tomatoes over top. Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or longer, until rice is done.
