Pork Chops And Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

6 pork chops
6 to 8 large potatoes
1 1/2 cans milk
onions (optional)
Preparation

Brown pork chops on top of the stove.
Mix soup and milk together to make a sauce.
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch slices and put them in a baking pan.
Put pork chops on top of the potatoes and pour the soup on top.
You can add more milk if you think you need more liquid to cover the potatoes.
Cover the dish with foil. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes with foil on.
Then take it off and bake without it until potatoes are tender.
