Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly.
    Mix in remaining ingredients except nutmeg.
    Pour into greased Pyrex casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Sit casserole dish into a pan of hot water and bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
