Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Italian sausage links
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 large onion
    6 c. hot water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    28 oz. tomatoes, crushed
    1/4 green pepper, diced
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 small zucchini, cubed
    2 oz. linguine (2-inch pieces)
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain well. Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Melt butter and saute onion.
    Add water, bouillon cubes, tomatoes, green pepper, oregano, basil and black pepper.
    Bring to a full boil.
    Add sausage, zucchini, linguine and Parmesan cheese. Cover.
    Cook until zucchini is tender.
    Stir often.
